Helping Dove to ‘Reimagine Beauty’ for women all over the world.
Personal care brand Dove needed a UK fulfilment partner for their ‘Reimagine Beauty’ campaign. To mark 20 years of calling for real beauty, Dove collaborated with real women globally to create a beautiful hand bound coffee table book. This limited edition, one-of-a-kind publication features personal stories from over 60 women from around the world, accompanied by raw and un-retouched photographs.
Net proceeds from each sale go to Dove’s long-standing partners, the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. IV Creative were asked to fulfil orders of the book from Dove’s website on a D2C basis.
As the book was due to launch in Cannes, Dove were looking for a reliable fulfilment partner that could turn the project around quickly. Luckily, we’re always ready for a challenge! Our Sales, Account Management, Tech, and Operations teams worked collaboratively to make it happen.
We created a Shopify checkout linked to our Order Management System (OMS) that would integrate with the Dove website. This allowed us to receive orders and payment, then fulfil the items direct to the consumer from our UK warehouse, and send the profits to Dove’s chosen charity.
As the books are fairly large in size we also worked to source appropriate packaging and wraps to ensure the goods arrived with their recipients in perfect condition.
IV Creative took this project from start to finish within two weeks – our fastest turnaround yet! The team at Dove were extremely impressed with our ability to get the campaign up and running so quickly, and in such a seamless and thorough way. We were delighted to be part of the Dove Self Esteem Project’s mission to reach over a quarter of a billion young people by 2030.
