The Objective

How e-commerce and physical retail can work collaboratively

The Jura team were looking for a campaign to drive incremental sales with UK grocery customers by positioning the Jura premium range (14 year old plus) as the 'go to' Malt Whisky Gift with consumers through capitalising on key trading times for malt whisky. As the campaign was to be centered around gifting occasions, notably Father's Day, the brief was to delight consumers with an innovative experience.

The Jura team identified an opportunity to capture more sales the 'one time gifters' shopper segment who are entering the category once a year at key seasonal gifting times.

Our Approach

A Seamless End-to-End Solution

Consumers purchase their Jura whisky from the retailer and then access a dedicated microsite to create a free Personalised label, which is delivered to their home for them to apply before gifting the bottle. The personalization process is enabled through a QR code, allowing the brand to leverage digital capabilities without affecting in-store sales.

We also acted as the fulfilment partner, providing a complete end-to-end bespoke solution for the campaign, benefiting both the brand and the consumer.

Project Outcome

The 'Perfect Gift from a Tiny Island Community campaign added value to the brand (in the form of sales) and to the consumer (in the form of experience).

The brand is a market leader and, as such, delivered a market leading proposition to consumers by adding value to their purchase.
