The Pickle Post (aptly named…) was a brand-new concept that invited customers to send personalised jars of Branston to expat relatives living in Europe, so they could enjoy a taste of home at Christmas. We were the print and fulfilment partner for the campaign, integrating the D2C site with our order management system, printing personalised labels, packing the orders into gift boxes, and dispatching the goods all over Europe.
Over time, our partnership expanded to include limited edition jars and festive merchandise like Christmas baubles, hoodies, and woolly hats. We collaborated with the Branston team, offering our expertise on label designs, print processes, and clothing samples.
On the launch of the campaign, Branston saw an immediate increase in visitors to their D2C site. Plus, they saw an increase in sales of over 500% in the first week!
