The objective

Dove needed a UK fulfilment partner for their Reimagine Beauty campaign.

To mark 20 years of calling for authentic, real beauty, Dove collaborated with women who had stories to be told. Together, we shared a beautiful, hand bound coffee table book; a one-of-a-kind publication. Showcasing the important personal accounts, and accompanied by un-touched photographs, the book’s net proceeds from each sale go to Dove’s long-standing partners, the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. As the book was due to launch at an event, Dove were looking for a reliable fulfilment partner to turn the project around quickly. Luckily, we’re always ready for a challenge!

Our approach

A speedy, beautiful delivery experience.

IV Creative were asked to fulfil orders of the book from Dove’s website on a direct-to-consumer basis. Across our agency, teams worked collaboratively to make it happen in time for release.

We created a Shopify checkout linked to our Order Management System (OMS) that would integrate with the Dove website. This allowed us to receive orders, then fulfil the items directly to the consumer from our UK warehouse.

As the books are fairly large and of a high quality, we also worked to source suitable, beautiful packaging and wraps to make sure customers had a strong delivery (and to make sure books arrived in perfect condition).

Project outcome

IV Creative took this project from start to finish within two weeks. The team at Dove were extremely impressed with our ability to get the campaign up and running so quickly, and in such a seamless and thorough way. We were delighted to be part of the Dove Self Esteem Project’s mission to reach over a quarter of a billion young people by 2030.
