We manage a comprehensive D2C e-commerce platform for The Famous Grouse, providing consumers the unique opportunity to personalise their iconic whisky bottles with names or messages. In addition to custom whisky labels, we also handle the fulfilment of their branded merchandise, ensuring a seamless and personalised shopping experience.
Our Approach
Personalised platform and product launches
We worked closely alongside The Famous Grouse team and their web agency to create a fully personalised platform. Our in-house team are responsible for the creation of labels, storage, creation of SKUs, pick and pack, online sales, and aftercare services.
We are providing a full account management service to The Famous Grouse to launch new and exciting products. As an agency, we have also provided photography services for the website and are helping the brands procurement team to scope many more marketing initiatives.
