As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for IV Creative (IVC). You will identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers, setting the stage for successful sales engagements.

The Company

IV Creative are the UK’s leading e-commerce, gifting, print and fulfilment specialists. With an aggressive growth strategy over the next few years, IV Creative are now looking to appoint a dynamic and results orientated Sales Development Representative to join our busy team. This new role will be instrumental in generating leads for the company as a leader in our industry specialising in e-commerce fulfilment solutions handling the entire process from product development, packaging and personalisation to warehousing, shipping and branded gifting services. With almost 20 years of experience we utilise state-of-the-art equipment to deliver the highest quality print, materials and bespoke services to our portfolio of global brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.
  • Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads by qualifying prospects based on their needs and company compatibility.
  • Outbound Sales: Initiate outbound sales activities, including cold calls and emails, to connect with potential customers.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritise sales pipelines, ensuring efficient follow-up and lead qualification.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, building trust and credibility.
  • Sales Process: Adhere to the established sales process, including lead qualification, opportunity creation, and handover to the sales team.
  • Data Management: Accurately track and update customer information and sales activities in Hubspot our CRM system.
  • Sales Enablement: Contribute to sales enablement initiatives, such as improving sales processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales development or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Salesloft and other tools and sales software.
  • A positive, energetic, and results-oriented attitude.
  • A passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
