From life-sized mascots to mind-blowing merch collabs, Licensing Expo 2025 was a full house of inspo and insight.
Held in the buzzing, blinding brilliance of Las Vegas between the 20th and 22nd of May 2025, it brought together the biggest names in licensing, branding, and ecommerce – and we were right there in the thick of it.
As we ease the jet lag, we wanted to share (lucky number) seven of the coolest and most creative things spotted on the show floor…
Delicious collabs
We’re always looking for creative and quirky collaborations (we have a few ourselves). The saucy Heinz x Kate Spade collab caught our eye – and sent us straight out for fries at lunchtime.
Brand brain food
It wasn’t just the merch on offer that inspired us. With a packed schedule of panels and presentations (featuring some big name guests like Mike Tyson), we soaked up as much learning as possible.
Old friends…
It’s only polite to check in with some old faces and squeeze in a quick cuddle.
…and new ones
Ok, we’ll be honest. The best part of the Licensing Expo? The incredible one-to-one meetings; making new connections withexciting brands, and touching base with new partners. This snap shows us smiling after our wonderful meeting with the team from Ship Anything That Ships.
Feeling festive
Christmas in May? Yes please. It was a reminder that while seasonality drives customer peaks, brands need to plan all year round.
Family portraits
We just happened to spot this snap of Mummy Pig on the day she announced the arrival of Peppa’s new baby sister. It was brilliant to see so many iconic characters represented under one roof.
Places to recharge
Finally, we couldn’t leave out a picture of the spaces that do the hard work at events like this. Whether it’s grabbing a coffee with a partner, catching up on emails, or planning which talk to attend next; we loved this immersive breakout space, wonderfully branded by Warner Brothers. Plus, with so much to see and do, five minutes off our feet never felt so good.
That’s curtain call for our trip to the Strip! Licensing Expo 2025 didn’t disappoint – and, trust us, it was hard to narrow it down to just seven highlights. From bold branding to big ideas, we’re heading home inspired (and maybe slightly over-caffeinated).
