The objective
Launching a new brand is one thing. Launching a brand with Gordon Ramsay behind it comes with a whole different level of pressure.
For the launch of premium olive oil brand Krude, the team needed an experienced partner who could bring together the operational side of its first-ever D2C launch — from packaging and print to storage, fulfilment and influencer gifting.
With multiple agencies and suppliers working across the project, and a high-profile launch event to work towards, our role was to help connect the dots behind the scenes and make sure every operational detail was considered from day one.
Our approach
We were involved from the get-go, working closely with the Krude team and their network of international partners to get every part of the launch lined up and ready to go.
And with plenty of moving parts, being involved early meant we could move quickly and keep everything firmly on track.
From coordinating incoming stock and packaging to print, storage, D2C fulfilment and influencer gifting, our team kept everything moving behind the scenes — adapting plans, solving problems and making sure everyone stayed on the same page.
With so much happening at once, having one team keeping an eye on the bigger picture meant potential challenges could be tackled early and, most importantly, the customer experience stayed front and centre.
Project outcome
Launch day arrived – and everything was exactly where it needed to be.
Krude successfully launched its first-ever D2C operation, with influencer gifting dispatched, orders fulfilled and products reaching customers on time despite a fast-moving launch schedule.
By combining hands-on consultancy with our in-house print, packaging, storage and fulfilment capabilities, we helped turn a multi-partner launch into one seamless operation.
