Sustainable packaging and fulfillment for Renais

Renais Spirits, co-founded by Emma Watson, was launching a new gin brand with sustainability at its core. As a proudly certified carbon-neutral product, they needed an unboxing experience just as beautiful and sustainable as the brand itself. So it was clear that their fulfilment partner needed to ensure delivery could be speedy, accurate and eco-friendly.

Our Approach

End-to-end fulfillment with sustainable packaging

Firstly, we protected Renais’ luxury, timeless aesthetic by aligning our design creative with the beautiful look and feel of the branding. We worked on new bottle branding designs, as well as designing, printing and managing the distribution of personalised bottles as part of the brand’s push for gifting.

When orders are personalised, picked, packed and shipped, IV Creative handles global distribution, stock forecasting and customer returns.

On top of that, we worked with mushroom-grown, plant-based, home compostable packaging as part of our bespoke pick and pack service.

  • Renais’ returning customer rate increased by 24% between 2024 and 2025.

We improved operations at a critical stage of the launch process, and we keep the high-end, eco-friendly look and feel throughout the customer experience.

Renais Gin launched with packaging that reflects their brand values and sets them apart from competitors. Having a true partner with shared values helps Renais with growth in brand affinity, differentiation, and sales – as seen by the 24% year-on-year increase in returning customer rate.
