CVH Spirits were keen to unlock personalisation, but they needed the right partner to bring it to life. And with Christmas approaching, we jumped at the opportunity to launch a premium personalised gifting experience for the exciting whisky brand Bunnahabhain.
With proven success delivering similar campaigns for the likes of Renais Gin, Jura Whisky, and The Famous Grouse, we knew we had the expertise to move quickly, maintain brand integrity, and deliver a seamless ecommerce solution in time for peak season – exactly what CVH Spirits were looking for.
We seamlessly integrated our live preview iFrame tool into Bunnahabhain’s existing ecommerce site, working closely with their technical team to ensure the personalisation journey felt smooth for the end user.
Creatively, our in-house design team developed a Christmas-themed product visual and refined the label design – aligning fonts, colours and layout with the existing bottle aesthetic so the result felt unmistakably Bunnahabhain.
Behind the scenes, collaboration was key. Rather than replacing their in-place third-party logistics (3PL) provider, we worked alongside CVH Spirits’ existing partner – printing personalised labels on demand and shipping them directly into their current setup. Ultimately, the result was a joint operation that delivered something new for customers without disrupting existing relations, or changing what already worked.

When the festive rush hit, it was the personalised bottle customers reached for – outselling the standard, non-personalised bottle. In fact, the campaign performed so well that personalisation became a permanent fixture on site, ready to drive sales across key gifting moments throughout the year, from Father’s Day through to Christmas.
