We were tasked with building their digital world from the ground up: a beautiful, conversion-led website ready to capture new customers, alongside a full social media overhaul designed to grow their brand reach and build genuine engagement.
With no established look to work from, our first task was to create a visual identity worthy of the Timeless Treatments name. From there, everything else could follow.
We built an SEO-optimised website, integrating a new booking system and loyalty programme – giving the clinic the tools to convert visitors into long-term clients. Speed mattered here; from brief to launch, the site was live within weeks.
On social, we started with a full organic audit before overhauling both the Facebook and Instagram profiles. We designed a complete bank of on-brand assets, took over posting, and ran a test-and-learn paid campaign on Meta – optimising as we went to drive real, measurable results.
