  • E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) – where you’ve integrated our services.  
  • Cloud storage providers (AWS, Google Cloud) – to securely store data. 
  • Marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp) – for communications you’ve consented to. 
  • Print production partners – only data necessary to fulfil your orders. 

All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes.

Some of our service providers are located outside the UK/EEA. When we transfer your data internationally, we ensure adequate protection through:

  • Certification schemes such as Privacy Shield successors.

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals over 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 16, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly. 

 

Where We Store and Process Personal Data 

Personal Data collected by IV Creative will be held securely and we take steps to ensure that the data we collect under this privacy statement is processed according to the provisions of this statement and the requirements of applicable UK and EU law. 

 

Our Retention of Personal Data 

IV Creative retains Personal Data based on the following specific timeframes:  

  • Customer account and order data: 3 years after last transaction (for accounting and warranty purposes). 
  • Marketing communications data: Until you unsubscribe or 3 years of inactivity.  
  • Website analytics data: 26 months maximum.  
  • Customer service records: 3 years after case closure. 
  • Payment information: Not stored – processed securely by our payment providers. 

We may retain data longer where required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. 

 

Changes to This Privacy Statement 

We will update this privacy statement when necessary to reflect customer feedback and changes in our services/products. When we post changes to this statement, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of the statement and describe the changes.
